The first tulip of my garden is the same every year – as it has been for more than 30 years. The flowers do only hold a few days, but I like them – as a sign of spring.

The boy is Prince Vincent Frederik Minik Alexander.

The girl is Princess Josephine Sophia Ivalo Mathilda.

It is a very famous attraction in Denmark, showing life and living in old times. You can among many other buildings see the Mintmaster’s Mansion. It has been rebuild in Århus, and appears as it did in Copenhagen in the 1760s.

But – what is old time? Now you also can take a look at some modern exhibitions, from 1920th and the 1970th. Many thing are very diffenrent from those days, time pass by very fast nowadays, don’t it?

At the homepage Greenland tells that even if the glaciers are melting, they still are there.

What do you think about visiting or travelling to Greenland? I ask the question because I still think it must be cold, a little dangerous to be in the nature up there etc., but I also realise all just are thinking, and perhaps not realistic thinking.

But – you are invited to be a pioneer. So do bring the right equipment!

My be work and identity has been linked so closely together that it is not easy to be retired. It takes effort to find out what is to happen next and how the time should be structured.

These considerations are associated with a small piece of a an article from a newspaper I found the other day. At that time I must have thought these lines was worth saving.

It was apparent that the person mentioned in the article had been thinking what to do after retirement. His solution was interesting. He prepared a paper – one A4 page – pointing out the 25 things he intended to deal with when there was more time.

The idea is of course free to use. Whether 25, 12 or 50 is written on the page is not essential. Nor is it essential to have it at a visible place.

The key is to prepare it. Using the time it takes will mean that the sucjects will become a more or less integrated part of yourself and thus it will have an impact on how time is spent. I would not be surprised if many of the things will be done. Returning to the list later might show it. If not you have made other decisions.

Another option is obviously to formulate the 25 topics as goals – and pursue them more systematically.

Today I was looking at Visit Norway in danish, when I noticed a page called meetings. There are of course meetings and conferences in Norway as well as in Denmark, where I live, but if you would like to know more about Norway, take a look at visit Norway and the meetings there.

She is only 20 years old, but long time ago this one of her goals was formulated as shown at TV.

A goal is achieved commiting oneself to do what has to be done!
